  • Beurer HA 20: affordable everyday amplifier, 40 dB gain, 200–5,000 Hz.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a hearing amplifier the same as a hearing aid?

No. A hearing amplifier makes all sounds louder and is sold over the counter. A hearing aid is programmed for your hearing after a hearing test. If you notice hearing loss, please consult an ENT specialist or audiologist.

Which battery do Beurer hearing amplifiers use?

The Beurer HA 20 and HA 50 use 1.4 V PR48 (size 13) zinc-air batteries. Two are included with each unit.
