These Terms of Service apply to your use of radiantsurgicals.pk and to any purchase from Radiant Surgicals & Healthcare ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Radiant Surgicals & Healthcare is a medical and rehabilitation equipment retailer based in Karachi, Pakistan, with branches in Saddar and DHA. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products and Information

  • We sell original, authentic products. We describe products, specifications and images as accurately as we can. Colours, packaging and minor design details may differ slightly from photos because of manufacturer updates.
  • Product information on this website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified doctor or physiotherapist about whether a product is suitable for your condition.
  • Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are confirmed separately by phone before dispatch. Store pickup is free.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, unless there is an obvious pricing error. In that case, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once our team verifies it with you by phone or WhatsApp, including the delivery charge, which is not included in the checkout total.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the details can't be verified or a pricing error occurred. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • Bulk orders from hospitals and clinics may need a separate quotation and confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (for orders up to Rs 20,000), EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. Orders paid by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer are dispatched after we verify the payment.

6. Delivery and Pickup

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Where a product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's terms apply. We will help you with warranty claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products bought from us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not affect your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission. All content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Radiant Surgicals & Healthcare or its licensors.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Karachi.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
